In the event a User is out of the office, provisional rights can be assigned to another User. This gives all the rights and responsibilities to the assigned User without having to turn over the login credentials. The User, who has been assigned the provisional rights, will have an access to the entire account of the absent User and be able to handle their duties in their absence.
